Loi has been working as a chef since 2013, has gained experience working with restaurants and resorts around Vietnam, including Intercontinental Phu Quoc.
Loi has fused his passion for food and travel by seeking ingredients and recipes from around South East Asia. He has strived to create nutritious and exciting dishes with with a focus on vegetarian and local cuisine.
Chef Loi is now delighted to share some of his favorite dishes with us at The Workshop.
